Genesis Coalition is an online platform and community designed to foster collaboration, exploration, and innovation in emerging fields such as robotics, biotech, space, finance, and computing. Members participate in missions, join factions, earn ranks, and contribute to real-world projects.

2. Eligibility

To use the Genesis Coalition platform:

• You must be at least 13 years old (or comply with local age requirements).

• If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

• You must have a valid Discord account to participate in most activities.

3. Accounts and Identity

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and Discord information secure.

• Your Discord username is used to verify your identity across our systems, including missions and rank progression.

• Do not impersonate other users, staff, or faction leaders.

4. Community Conduct

By joining, you agree to uphold a high standard of behavior. This includes:

• No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior.

• No spam, scams, or misleading content.

• Respect all faction members, moderators, and community partners.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

5. Missions, Ranks, and Participation

• Participation in missions is voluntary but tracked for the purpose of rank advancement and faction reputation.

• Submitted content (e.g., mission proof, contributions, project work) must be your own or properly credited.

• Rank, titles, and achievements are privileges earned through contribution and conduct. They may be revoked for violations of these Terms or community standards.

6. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., posts, projects, submissions). However, by submitting it to Genesis Coalition, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, or promote your work within the community and in related media. We may use your username, faction affiliation, and rank for community recognition or promotional purposes unless you opt out.

7. Platform Use and Limitations

Do not attempt to disrupt or exploit the platform, bots, or systems used to run the Genesis Coalition.

You may not reverse engineer, clone, or commercialize any part of the community infrastructure without explicit permission.

8. Communication

By registering, you agree to receive essential communications (e.g. mission updates, rule changes). Optional updates, promotions, and event announcements will only be sent if you opt in during registration.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, especially if you violate these Terms. You may also request deactivation or deletion of your data at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

Genesis Coalition may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we’ll post a notice on our site or Discord server and revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
